The suit was worn, but is in good condition (can of course be visited).

It consists of a jacket and a salopette (dungarees). Outer fabric for jacket and trousers is a sturdy softshell material, the things are lined with a very warm fleece.

I did not freeze with it in winter 2012 / 2013 at -8°C air and 2°C water temperature.

With 181 cm and 80 to 85 kg he fit me quite well, unfortunately I could not hold that anymore :-(

From November 18th to November 25th, 2010 we dive to the Shark Special at the Brother Island, Deadalus and Elphinstone with the MY Seacilia. With speaker Dieter Hahn IDA / CMAS TL3; Instructor of Marine Biology – who will give seminars on marine biology.

This course is intended to give interested divers a first insight into the contexts and processes of the maritime world. With this knowledge, the diver will have a completely new sense of experience during his dives, because he will not only roam the underwater world afterwards, but he will dive this wonderful world properly, he will discover new creatures and come out of the water with a much increased enthusiasm.

Module 1 shows the general relationships such as origin, change up to today's flow influences.

Module 2 explains the flora and fauna of the Red Sea.

Module 3 confronts the diver with "poisonous marine animals".

Module 4 are then 2 experience dives, in which the participants carry out various observations and analyses and then present the results of their tasks in the group.

Module 5 deals with the highly endangered animal species HAI, summarized under the heading "Sharks - 100 million years at the top of the maritime food chain".

This offer is valid for both CMAS divers as SK "Marine Biology" and for PADI divers as Specialty "Aware".

In the period 12. - 24.10.2008 I offer as well as in October 2007 in the region Marsa Alam on two different dive centers each twice a two-day seminar "Reef Ecology", which is certified by the above-mentioned associations as a special certification.

The seminar is held at the respective house reef. It includes 4 dives, each with a reef biology topic, as well as work in the course room of the base with presentations/explanations and practical views using stereo magnifiers, and a detailed script with many general and further explanations.

Seminar costs: 50,- Euro (plus dive prices). In the case of CMAS-SK certification, the confirmation is included in the price, in the case of PADI-Aware certification, the respective basis additionally calculates the certification costs.

Take advantage of this offer, such a seminar is rarely offered! And book soon, because the period is high season and often quickly booked out!

Minimum qualification CMAS * / PADI OWD or equivalent

Our resort is a small family-run complex, located on a secluded bay with white sand, far from the hustle and bustle of tourism, in the surrounding area farmers and fishermen. Nevertheless, we offer accommodation with all comforts and a fully equipped dive center, as well as the resort under German management. There is a small restaurant under the direction of the Filipino owner, with German (if you want it), Filipino and other Asian cuisine, a bar, an event house, in which music and local folklore are offered weekly if necessary.

Description of the room
Our guest houses are solidly built but externally clad in local style, the roofs made of Nipa (similar to Reed), the walls decorated with bamboo mesh.
Each accommodation unit is generously sized, a double bed and a single bed, space enough for a third bed. Bathroom tiled with shower and toilet. Private terrace overlooking the blue sea. The deluxe rooms with air conditioning, TV with DVD player (no program, but many movies to rent) and minibar.

Description Diving
Our dive center under the direction of a German instructor is fully equipped with Bauer breathing air compressors, aluminum bottles, rental equipment, and dive messengers according to local design. The dive center is located directly on the beach, no dragging heavy equipment over steep stairs.
The 14km long intact fringing reef is located parallel to the coast, at the resort about 500m away. Therefore, the so-called house reef dives are also carried out with boat accompaniment. There are 18 different dive sites, max. 30min driving time.
Also for non-divers there are fantastic snorkeling areas, where the roof of the reef is only about 5m deep.

Description of other services
We offer pickup service from any point on Bohol as well as from Cebu International Airport.
Excursions are offered to the touristically interesting points of the island, e.B. a full-day tour to the famous Chocolate Hills, to the reserve of the smallest monkeys in the world, the Tarsier, which are only available on Bohol, with a boat trip on the Loboc River to the waterfalls, or to the many old churches that still come from the Spaniards.
Boat trips with our boats along the palm-covered coast, perhaps to the market in the next village.
